A walk at the beach should be on every LA visitor's Must Do list, but for the traveling fitness fanatic, the beach in Long Beach offers a great workout opportunity, especially if you are staying in one of the Downtown Long Beach Hotels. In the Travelers' Beach Workout, fitness trainer, Justin Rudd, who conducts weekend Sand Challenge Boot Camps in Long Beach and Boot Camp veteran April Rivas demonstrate how to get a full body workout using the natural and man-made features that occur along the beach in Long Beach. This workout is designed for people that are already in pretty good shape, but a basic walk along any beach is good for all skill levels.
