Happy Japanese New Year!

If you're still in the holiday spirit, you can celebrate the New Year again this weekend at the Japanese New Year Celebration in LA's Little Tokyo. The Year of the Rat will be welcomed with a traditional and contemporary arts performance and a 1000-year-old Zen archery purification ceremony. There is also an accompanying art exhibit at the Japanese American Cultural and Community Center.
