Cocktails in Historic Places: Art Deco Society at The Kress

The Art Deco Society of Los Angeles is inviting you to join them at The Kress restaurant and nightclub for Cocktails in Historic Places on Friday, March 27, 2009. You can have cocktails any time in this Art Deco gem on Hollywood Boulevard, but you won't get the full historic tour, including the exclusive rooftop patio bar, unless you show up this Friday by 6 pm. Originally the Kress Department Store, and more recently the home of Frederick's of Hollywood until it moved across the street a couple years ago, The Kress, at 6608 Hollywood Blvd, is one of the most distinguished Art Deco buildings in Hollywood.
When: Friday, March 27, 2009, 6 - 8 pm, brief tour at 6 sharp.
Where: The Kress Restaurant, Mezzanine Level, 6608 Hollywood Blvd, LA 90028
Cost: Free Admission, no-host bar
Parking: Park at Hollywood & Highland ($2 for 4 hours with mall validation), lots off Selma are $10-12, Valet $20 behind the restaurant.
