This year's Heritage Square Museum's Holiday Lamplight Celebration will feature a re-enactment of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol that follows Scrooge and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future from one Victorian house to the next to enjoy warm apple cider and holiday treats, music, dancing and singing.
This event is not recommended for children under 6 or for people with mobility issues due to uneven terrain, dim lighting and tight indoor spaces. Reservations are required.
When: Dec 1-2, 2012 4-8:45 pm, tours begin every 20 minutes

I suppose this was all done by volunteers? I can’t believe they chaged $20 per person, for this poorly produced play. I like to be open to different things, but this was interactive and very uncomfortable. The acting was terrible, and cringe-inducing. I wouldn’t recommend their events to anyone I love.
Sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. I don’t think they’ve tried to incorporate an actual play before, so they’re probably still feeling their way through it. Usually it’s more of a walk through and general interaction with historic characters.
