Guide Review - Hollywood Explorer Pass
The Hollywood Explorer Pass, like the Go Los Angeles Card, is a plastic card that grants you free admission to a specific set of attractions. In this case, they are all based in Hollywood, including two bus tours, a walking tour, the Kodak Theatre tour, entrance to three museums and one movie admission.

The Hollywood Explorer Pass is good for 30 days from the date of first activation, so you don't have to rush to get everything done in a couple days - unless of course you're only in town for a couple days. You get one free admission for each attraction which can all be used on separate days, or as many as you can fit into one day. It's up to you.

The two most expensive items are the Starline Tours Movie Stars Homes Tour and the Behind the Scenes Tour by Red Lines Tours. If you're not planning to do both these tours, you might be better off paying for individual attractions.

One of the nice things about discount cards like this one is that after a certain number of activities, everything else is bonus.

If you are trying to cram a lot in just a couple days, the 2-day Go Los Angeles Card is the same price with a much wider selection of options. But if you have plenty of time to fit in everything that's included, this card offers the chance to explore Hollywood at your leisure.

If this is too much Hollywood for you, consider the Hollywood Walk of Fame CityPass, which includes half the activities, still at a discount.
