Most nightclubs and bars from the beaches to the Inland Empire will have Halloween events going on from Friday through Halloween Tuesday, but here are a few that stand out, along with special once-a-year adults-only masquerade balls and bashes. All events are 21 and over unless otherwise noted.

Monster Massive Halloween Weekend
The 2009 expansion into the Sports Arena Grounds and Exposition park will make this the largest Halloween event in North America (competing with OC Halloween below), according to the website. New haunted areas will be added. Top DJs from around the world spin dance music in multiple rooms and stages for crazed dancers at this massive costume dance party.
